I bring 30+ years of business experience providing reliable HR guidance to leadership at a Fortune 100 company and helping teams navigate significant growth and change. I also have 5 years of experience operating a small business, so I understand the challenges and entrepreneurial spirit required to deliver results in a variety of settings.

I hold the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and California Law HR Specialty Credential. I am also committed to advancing the HR profession within the Coachella Valley through my work as a board member at the Professionals in Human Resource Association - Coachella Valley Chapter.
