“FERIA: A Carnival to Benefit Home for a Home” will be held on September 20

Home for a Home is set to host its 2025 annual benefit and celebration fundraising event - FERIA - on Saturday, September 20 to showcase the organization’s mission, as well as donor impact of providing homes to people in need in Guatemala. This will be the first-ever carnival to support the organization and all ages are welcome.
 
“Home for a Home wouldn’t be possible without the support of our incredible donors, partners, and supporters,” says Page Stoup, Member of Home for a Home’s Board of Directors. “This night is dedicated to thanking each of them for their impact, as well as inspiring hope and raising funds to strengthen the mission.”

This event will feature carnival games, food trucks, dj, and silent auction, with items including a two-night stay at Waikoloa Beach Marriott Resort & Spa, two tickets with VIP experience to see the band Garbage in San Francisco, stays in San Francisco and Rancho mirage, jewelry from Guatemala, and much more.
 
“There are so many impactful stories to share,” says Joel Vendette, Home for a Home’s Executive Director. “We are always striving to do more and support more families, and it’s crucial we take the time to celebrate the impact our donors and supporters have enabled. This event is our biggest of the year, and a time for us to come together and show our support for the organization.”
