If you are unable to attend, all cancellations must be received within 72 hours of the event to avoid being charged for the event or to receive a refund. No refunds will be honored if cancellations are not received within 72 hours of the event as we must provide confirmation of your seat/meal to the venue within this timeframe.
Ticketing will close at 8:00 AM the morning of the event to prepare for check-in. All staff will be gone from the office and at the venue at 10:00 AM. All event inquiries should be made prior to 10:00 AM the day of the event.
